Shipping and Returns

For now there are only two ways to select shipping, and the carrier will be chosen at our discretion. 

We only ship to USA and Canada unless other arrangements have been made in advance. 
INTERNATIONAL RATES: Are calculated once the order has been downloaded, customers will be notified of the correct shipping charges. 

Wrong and damaged orders will be handled by us ASAP.

Our return policy is handled on a case by case basis. There are options such as store credit, money back, or others which can be discussed. In the event your package has been damaged please contact us immediately and we will deal with the mail carrier.

NOTE: Please contact us with complaints within 7 days of receiving merchandise. This is non-negotiable.
