The Nightmare Before Christmas Ball, Tri-Cities returns for it's fourth year! This family-friendly event will feature character meet and greet with beloved icons, free photos with Santa, live performances, vendor shopping, food, face painting, interactive activities, costume contests, music, and family dancing!
